Learn to listen to your body and trust your own inner wisdom with Kaula Tantra Yoga.

Kaula Tantra Yoga, also known as Traditional Tantra Yoga, is a meditative and balancing form of yoga that goes beyond the physical aspects of the practice. Rooted in the ancient Rg. Veda, one of the oldest texts, it teaches relaxation and meditation at a cellular level, resulting in physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Unlike other forms of yoga that focus on muscles and physical performance, Kaula Tantra Yoga is based on the subtle energy system and aims to balance and optimize it. True relaxation, not just resting, but a deep relaxation in everything you do, is emphasized to cultivate efficiency in your body's systems. This is not an intellectual process, but a subconscious learning through integrated practice.

The asanas (yoga postures) in Traditional Tantra Yoga are gentle yet firm, challenging you to go beyond competition and external standards, and instead connect with your intuitive body awareness. The practice goes beyond physical appearance and becomes a meditative experience, leading to serenity and intuitive awareness in daily life.

With regular practice, you will integrate this serenity and awareness into your daily life, gaining a wholesome perspective of yourself and your environment. This allows you to respond intelligently to situations, rather than reacting from stress, past mistakes, or experiences. Kaula Tantra Yoga offers a holistic approach to well-being, nurturing the body, mind, and spirit through deep relaxation, meditation, and intuitive awareness.
